We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Project Manager to play an integral part in our delivery of this new Centre. Our Centre of Research Excellence focuses on driving forward cardiovascular research across five research themes: Cardiovascular Genetics and Genomics; Cardiac and Vascular Inflammation; Heart Failure; Data Science; and Computational Modelling/Artificial Intelligence. Duties of the post will include: managing internal calls for pump-priming grant and PhD Studentship awards; coordinating external calls for Transitional Fellowships; supporting principal investigators with Ethics and regulatory submissions; assisting the Directors with periodic reporting requirements; organising and supporting the annual meeting of the International Scientific Advisory Board; liaising with the Finance team about budgetary management, monitoring and collating outcomes and achievements; and working with Division, School and Faculty administrative colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Centre.
