Full Job Description
As Reservations Agent, you will be taking calls and creating a memorial experience for each guest prior to their arrival. Your responsibilities also include exploring guest needs, assisting with amendments and cancellations, problem solving and using sales techniques to enhance the guest stay across the Collection
