Reservations Agent

As Reservations Agent, you will be taking calls and creating a memorial experience for each guest prior to their arrival. Your responsibilities also include exploring guest needs, assisting with amendments and cancellations, problem solving and using sales techniques to enhance the guest stay across the Collection

In September 2019, The Celtic Collection launched the new International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) in a joint venture partnership with Welsh Government., In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act of 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
