We are recruiting a Reservation Sales Agent, to be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach, with the focus on take reservations and chase bookings to ensure maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved
Main responsibilities:
+ Assist in the smooth operation of the Reservations and Sales Office, ensuring maximum room occupancy by selling rooms and upselling packages or F&B options.
+ Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, and in person. Record, update, and confirm all bookings accurately while maintaining organized records.
+ Respond promptly to all correspondence and address customer needs to prevent complaints. Handle booking-related issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate manager when necessary.
+ Support team training on the reservation system, keeping accurate training records. Assist colleagues as needed to ensure consistency in processes.
+ Provide a clear shift handover to the next team member or manager, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity in service.
+ Knowledge on Oracle Opera 5 and Microsoft 365, are required skills
