setting within the Criminal Justice SystemWhat you'll do:Supervise and support residents, handling day-to-day issues and escalating serious incidents when necessary.Ensure residents follow the rules and respond appropriately to any breaches or challenging behaviour.Engage with residents in a positive, pro-social manner and support their rehabilitation.Maintain records, process information, and update the database with significant occurrences.Monitor and record residents' movements in and out of the premises.Conduct curfew checks, wellbeing checks, fire alarm tests, room searches, and CCTV monitoring.Assist with substance misuse support, including dispensing and recording medication when required.Support the delivery of purposeful activities and effective inductions for residents.Ensure a safe and productive environment, including health and safety monitoring.What we're looking for:SIA LicenceAwareness of anti-discriminatory practices.Certified in First AidStrong communication
