Residential Support Worker

Provide support for the children and young people in the home and to promote their independence and wellbeing

- To be able to deal with challenging behaviours when needed

- Protect children and young people from risks to their health and welfare

- Maintain a safe environment for young people

- Engage, communicate and listen to the children and their needs

- Work pro-actively

- Provide essential care and nurturing to the children

- Maintain professional boundaries

- Remain person centred at all times

A minimum of 12 months experience working with children and young people

- Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle

- You must have the legal right to work in the UK

- Full employment history with any gaps explained
