Post holders must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Sunday. There is also a requirement for the post holders to be available to work sleep-in duties (for which there is a separate allowance paid).
Are you enthusiastic, able to facilitate recovery activities, fun loving, passionate about mental health, a good negotiator and motivator and able to work on a rota basis?
Our Residents are looking for someone who is "pleasant, respectful, approachable, easy to speak to, willing to listen and someone who thinks on their feet."
Do you have an interest in working with those who experience mental health distress who are living in a Residential Care Home?, You will have at least 12 months' experience of working in an adult social care environment or health and social care setting and be able to demonstrate Birmingham Mind's values.
