We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team and provide exceptional care to our young people and show strong leadership skills to our wonderful staff team.

We thrive to provide a safe, nurturing environment. The young people in our care receive tailored support to fully meet their individual needs, as a Team Leader you will support us in doing so, as well as ensuring your team is also providing the level of care we expect, you will play a critical role where you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance and ensuring the wellbeing of the children in your care.

Driving License is preferred but not essential, To provide exceptional care and support to the young people.
Planning and conducting supervisions.
Completing audits for the home (medication, finance).
Show strong leadership skills and giving guidance to staff.
Build positive relationships with firm boundaries.
Support with building confidence and self-esteem and safeguarding the children at all times.
Participating in activities and hobbies that help develop young person's life and social skills.
To provide for the young person's needs such as; cooking, washing, shopping.
Being assigned a Key Child - being a fundamental role in their day to day life and advocating for their needs.
To adhere to all policies and procedures.
Report any concerns immediately to Team Leader / Management.
Maintaining up to date knowledge of care plans, risk assessments and behaviour plans.

Must be over the age of 21.
Must have Level 3/4 in Children's and Young Peoples Residential or equivalent.
Sleep in rate: £73.89.
Rate of pay: £13.50 per hour.
