Joining us as a Retail Operations Assistant is a great opportunity, whether it's your first job and you're looking to gain some valuable experience, or you have experience with retail and you're looking for a new challenge.

Whilst this is a temporary contract, there could be the potential for a permanent role later depending on the opportunities in your local area, so it could be the start of a new career with us.

About the role

Christmas in Boots is our most exciting time of the year, and it can be very busy, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to help you be at your best.

You will work in a Boots store and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role would be to pick and pack our boots.com customer orders, work in our back shop, run our stock room and support with deliveries and stock management

You will also:

Enjoy following process and working at pace.
Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Comfortable learning about and using new technology, including handheld mobile devices to process online orders.

These are desirable skills or experience and are not essential, so we would welcome applications from candidates that don't match this additional criteria:

Familiar with the products Boots sells so you can quickly identify them to pack online boots.com order
