Revenues Team Leader

The vacancy is for 18.5 hours per week on a jobshare basis.

Working hours - All day Monday and Tuesday, and Wednesday morning, although there is flexibility to vary the working pattern if necessary. The job can also be worked on a hybrid basis once training is completed.

We're looking for someone with an enthusiasm for delivering excellent service who possesses good knowledge of Local Authority revenues and great team leading skills to join our Revenues Services team.

This is an important post which is key to furthering the already excellent service provided by the Revenues team and assisting in meeting the needs of our customers while ensuring maximum collection rates.

The post is a great opportunity for candidates who are experienced and qualified with the NNDR and Council Tax Modules off IRRV Technician but will also appeal to applicants looking to further their career as we can provide training to obtain the qualification. Salary at appointment will reflect the level of experience and qualification.
