Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM (Building Information Modeling) Modeler to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality 3D models using Revit software. You will work closely with electrical engineers to ensure that the models meet technical specifications. This role also requires close collaboration with architects, other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure that all requirements and design specifications are accurately represented in the models. Our ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of electrical design (preferable) and construction. You will be involved in various stages of project development, from initial design through to completion.,
- Create and maintain accurate and detailed 2D and 3D models using Revit software.
- Convert rough sketches and specifications into detailed models.
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure design accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure models meet all design specifications and project standards.
- Generate precise and detailed drawings from 3D models.
- Review and adjust models based on stakeholder feedback.
- Coordinate with other team members to integrate models into overall project plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Revit modeling.
- Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates.
- Perform clash detection and report any conflicts or discrepancies.

Proven experience working with Revit software with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to design and construction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, other engineering disciplines, and contractors.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve design problems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines., Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role.
- Expertise in BIM software, especially Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of electrical engineering design (preferable).
- Strong technical and design skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
