Partner with the best The Rigging Operator is responsible for completing and monitoring all required tasks as directed by the Lead Operator, working as part of a team. The Operator will assist in the day to day running of the process under the direction of the Lead Operator or Shift Lead performing any reasonable task which is asked of them. As a Rigging Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring company policies, procedures and operating instructions are followed
• Complying with all safety instructions, promoting individual and team safety
• Monitoring and operating various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements -rewind, tapeline, packager, tape/braider, magline, plastic extruder, PCP injection
• Repairing, patching or splicing cables
• Supporting the SOI audit process to ensure they remain compliant with best practice
• Identifying and reporting all Safety concerns, Quality issues and manufacturing problems before progressing any work
• Reporting directly to the Lead Operator assisting in the set up and operation of equipment and machines
• Performing all required tasks in accordance with standard operation instructions, risk assessments and company safety policies
  
  Have proven experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Have a valid forklift truck license - preferred
• Have knowledge of internal crane movements / banksman duties
• Have experience in using hand and power tools
• Be a team player and have a 'can-do' attitude
