Full Job Description
We are looking for Personal Assistants to join an established team providing support to two gentlemen, within their own home and within the local community.
Your duties will include supporting with all aspects of daily life, including personal care, prompts with some assistance, and domestic support.
We are looking for a caring, proactive, and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others, in accordance with their support plans.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential, but a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full clean license is required, with access to a vehicle with business class insurance.
We have 2 part time positions for 24 hours per week (worked as a 24-hour shift: 15-day hours, and 9-night hours), and there are up to 12 extra flexible day hours available each week, with an hourly rate of £ 12.21 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
