Road Logistics Healthcare Planner

The Road Logistics Healthcare Planning Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel coordinates road freight shipments for healthcare customers, ensuring compliance with standards and providing excellent customer service. • Provide exceptional service to healthcare clients, ensuring all logistics needs are met in accordance with customer SOPs and specific working instructions.
• Manage and coordinate road freight shipments for healthcare customers, ensuring compliance with the P805 Global GXP Policy Manual Pharma.
• Request and negotiate rates with hauliers to secure the best prices and solutions for both spot and set lane quotations.
• Complete transport planning, including creating manifests, booking collections and deliveries, and ensuring all details are accurate and communicated to relevant teams.
• Manage customs documentation and compliance for import and export shipments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
