Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties:

Planned maintenance and responsive repairs to domestic properties including:
Pitched roofing systems,
Lead valleys,
Flashings,
Box Gutters,
Roof covering renewals.
Identify scope of defects, estimate and requisition required materials, manage stock.
Working within a team, with other trades, to schedules.
May be required to participate in out of hours responsive repair service.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Roofing or a minimum of 5 years trade experience.
Must have previous experience of working within occupied premises and good customer service skills.
Must have good initiative with strong knowledge of health and safety and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Must have a full driver's licence.
This role will be subject to a DBS clearance for the successful candidate.

Salary: £30,832 - 34,440 per annum, plus yearly tool allowance, company Van and fuel card, company pension, life cover and flexible benefits
