Full Job Description
- To conduct regular 121 meetings, hold team meetings and complete probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidance.

Savills Rural Estate Management team provides advice on delivery of day to day estate management and strategic advice. Our clients include a wide range of landowners including private individuals, charities and institutions principally across Yorkshire and Durham. The team comprises twelve people as part of an office of 42 staff members covering full range of Rural services and Residential Sales. The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West Career progression can mean different things to different people at various stages of their careers.
