Full Job Description

As our Sales Administrator, you will support in daily operations, switchboard and order processing. The service you will deliver will be customer focused to ensure high level of satisfaction to help facilitate a long term relationship with us through repeat business. You would also be responsible for:

  • Market & promoting the sale of all AMS products including custom printed keycards, spare parts, batteries, service kits and accessories
  • Process sales orders and documentation
  • Responding to customer enquiries either by phone or email & providing quotations for the above
  • Checking proofs and liaising with both customer and supplier of custom printed keycards
  • Liaising with suppliers & ordering any customer specific spares required as well as checking invoicing of custom printed keycards as well as Invoice and send all AMS orders

    Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Has experience of order processing
  • Has previous experience of working with technical specification
  • Is confident with working on MS Office package, such as Excel, Outlook and CRM 365
  • Has SAP experience
