As a Sales Advisor based in our Peterborough branch you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.
• Supporting with relief delivery driving in a 3.5t vehicle occasionally when needed.
  
  Proven customer service experience
• Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch
• Willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach
• Full clean UK driving licence as this role will involve relief driving
