Full-time Sales Assistants

Everything we do in-store is to ensure the customer experience and the fine jewellery sales process are as engaging as possible. We want our clients to enthusiastically recommend Bradley’s Jewellers York to others and see us as their go-to luxury jewellery retailer.

This requires so much more than just serving people. As a member of the team, you will bring the attitude, passion, and behaviours that transform a passerby into a lifelong customer. It is important to us and our clients that we help each other, encourage one another, ask whenever we are unsure, respect everyone’s way of working, be mindful, and take responsibility for meeting targets.

Role Requirements:

• Full & part time roles available with weekend rota (part time hours from 15 – 30 hours)
• Retail sales experience (minimum 2 years)
• Good communication skills (written, verbal and digital)
• Computer and till literate
• Customer focused
• Team player
• Jewellery knowledge not essential as training can be provided
