Where you'll be working You'll join the membership and sales team at Pools on the Park, Old Deer Park, Twickenham Road, Richmond TW9 2SF. Facilities here include an outdoor heated pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, cafe and outdoor grounds. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm. What you'll be doing You'll work as part of the membership team on the promotion and sale of Direct Debit and Annual memberships, Richmond Cards and activities across all our sites. Key responsibilities will include giving centre tours, advice on membership offers, along with daily marketing and email correspondence.

• Are you well organised and able to multi-task on the go?, Previous experience of working in a health & fitness environment or relevant sales experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of sales and the sales process from first point of contact.
• Strong financial, admin, IT and customer service skills.
Although not essential, it would be desirable for you to have:
• A recognised fitness qualification, or a sports / recreation / management or sales qualification.
• First Aid qualification.
  
  The working pattern for this post involves a 36 hour shift rota each week, which may include a mix of early mornings, daytime and evening shifts, both during the week and at weekends.
