Full Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations in the DACH region. This position involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to ensure the sales team's success. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving., Understand the accreditation levels, drive, and closely follow the pre-order system.
Supporting sales of all Brompton products across your retail network
Supporting the development of the retail network and new routes to market in your region
Build and strategically foster relationships with retail customers, to gain clear understanding of their businesses, requirements, and objectives, to ensure sales metrics are met and expectations exceeded
Developing strong working relationships with the in-country Sales Manager
Understand and closely follow the twelve-month rolling sales forecast/pipeline plan for your retail customers in accordance with sales objectives
Closing weekly sales in accordance with your pipeline plan
Performing statistical analysis and assess actuals vs forecasting
Raising risks and opportunities for your region and developing related corrective and preventive actions
Funnelling information, to and from customers, into and out of the business and across Brompton departments
Translating, or supporting translation of, Brompton trade communications
Supporting the Marketing department - updating customers on marketing activities and priorities
Driving awareness and interest of new products and service opportunities
Supporting Customer Service and Technical/ Warranty teams with retail enquiries via email and phone
Taking payments from time to time

The job is likely to involve administration, negotiating, advising and generally servicing people therefore the successful applicant will display a friendly approach and the ability to persuade others in a thorough and factual manner.

The successful candidate will be keen to consistently develop competence, expertise, and practical procedures; they will provide simple practical solutions and tie up any loose ends, evaluating situations and calculating risks whilst justifying and defending correctness., Fluent in English, German is a must.
Organisation Skills: keep track of Sales Data and handle administrative duties efficiently.
Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills essential interacting with sales teams, customers, and other departments.
Customer focus: Providing excellent service to clients and addressing their needs or concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling inquiries.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and documentation to prevent errors and maintain high standards.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Handling issues rationally that arise during the sales process, such as order discrepancies or customer complaints, and finding solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, spreadsheets, and other tools commonly used in sales management.
Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines and support the sales team's productivity.
Team Collaboration: Working well with others, including sales representatives, marketing teams, and other departments, to achieve common goals.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, generate reports, and provide insights that can help improve sales strategies and performance., Ideally bachelor's degree in one of the following areas - Business; Sales; Supply Chain
Minimum three years' trade account sales/ sales support experience
