Full Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead. In this role you will be managing a team responsible for client research, outbound prospecting, and lead nurturing, as a shared service to our sector-aligned commercial teams. You will be coaching and mentoring early career, sales-focused individuals, guiding their professional development towards more senior sales roles across the organisation. You will drive standards and innovative approaches to client insight generation, personalised outreach to qualified targets, and collaboration with our commercial teams, marketing, and consultants.

  • Experience within client services or sales
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a client-centric approach
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Teamwork: Enjoys working in a team environment and works in collaboration within the team and wider organisation
  • Data Analysis:An eye for detail and accuracy; comfortable using quantitative insights to drive and guide performance, activity and improvement.
