As a Travel Consulting Manager, you will help deliver on the company's ambitious growth plans. We are on an exciting journey and are pursuing an ongoing sales transformation to build a leading sales force that enables us to achieve our long-term company vision to be the best in our business. You will be responsible for driving sales for a team of up to 6 travel sales specialists.

Your goal is to generate sales and ensure all guests return home having had an enchanting travel experience which exceeded their expectations, and thus motivates them to return as our guests again., + Actively manage and support a sales team of up to 6 team members to achieve their sales goals
+ Develop and coach existing team members on sales and analytical skills to enhance their performance
+ Contribute with your own sales towards team targets, demonstrating your B2C sales capability
+ Conduct effective team meetings and sales blitzes to ensure high motivation and knowledge sharing between team members
+ Facilitate sharing of best practices within and across other sales teams.
+ Set goals and priorities for each team member in line with the company goals, track activities and team performance on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

+ A track record of successfully managing a sales team with excellent sales results in a B2C environment
+ Experience using a consultative sales methodology
+ Native German language proficiency
+ Excellent analytical, planning and organisational skills
+ Commercially savvy and a sales mentality
+ Ability to motivate people to achieve great results
+ Comfort to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with ambiguity and agility
