What You'll Do: + Drive international growth, expanding into Germany and Europe. + Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to accelerate revenue and build brand equity. + Oversee e-commerce and digital marketing - driving online sales. + Unify and lead a high-performing commercial team, bringing structure and alignment to a growing business. + Shape and execute multi-brand marketing strategies, ensuring consistent positioning across Global Supplements brands including NAF 5

• and NutriLabs.
What You'll Bring: + Proven experience scaling businesses in new markets, particularly in Europe. + Strong brand-building expertise, ideally from FMCG leaders. Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and commercial strategy to drive growth. + Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure and unite teams. + Passion for the equine or pet industries - a key driver of success in this role. + Experience in multi-brand management, aligning marketing strategies across different products. + Strong leadership skills to bring together and develop a cohesive commercial team. Location This role is hybrid meaning you will work from home, onsite and have extensive international travel.
