Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for Sales & Marketing Manager to support our customer outreach and relations, reporting directly to our General Manager successfully deliver sales and marketing initiatives.

This is a dynamic role that will include some weekend work. You will be responsible for the implementation

of the sales and marketing strategy, including but not limited to

Embedding and

supporting key sales drivers

Converting enquiries into booked revenue and supporting the event on the day

Creating & delivering key reasons to visit including small to large scale events

Creating &

managing relevant premium packages & collateral

Ensure the pub team is informed about new products, offers & initiatives

Establishing strong

internal messaging within your team

Ensuring all

websites are optimised, including content updates as well as third party

platforms e.g. Google My Business

Ensuring optimised

Collins set up & efficient response rates

Creation and communication

of inspirational ideas for What's On' diaries

Delivering effective

monthly mailers

Responsible for

active social media

Ensuring 100%

response to online reviews
