Full Job Description

Due to continued growth Bellrock Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic SaaS company. This role is pivotal in optimising sales processes, driving operational efficiency, and enabling the sales team to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, SaaS contract reviewal and CRM management / reporting.

And as a Sales Operations Manager with Concerto, you'll do it by

Administrative support

To provide the Sales Team with general administrative support to allow them to optimise their time in front of customers.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

Support the Sales Director with the accurate collation and visualisation of data for sales reporting and forecasting.

Pull together weekly and monthly reports, supporting the Sales and Marketing Director in ensuring accuracy of information within HubSpot.

Attend meetings with the Sales and Marketing Director with Finance to ensure accurate budgets and forecasting.

Onboarding new customers :

To support the Sales Team from preferred bidder stage; taking ownership of the customer relationship; and getting all paperwork in place to close the deal. Both the new customers' internal paperwork; and the setting up of new customers within Bellrock Technologies.

Contract review :

To review all customer contracts and flag to the relevant BDM and the Sales & Marketing Director where there are potential issues.

Liaise with the customer on any feedback regarding Bellrock Technologies SaaS agreement and / or standard t&c, negotiating with the customer to ensure minimal contractual change, clarifying any clauses as needed.

To support the Bid Team with the completion basic company information in bids and tenders.

To aid the Bid Manager with project management if there are particularly busy periods, to ensure all tenders and submitted successfully, on time and to a high quality

5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.

Experience in reading, understanding and annotating contracts of significant points.

Proficiency in CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, particularly extracting data for reporting and analysis.

Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

Detail-oriented with a passion for improving processes and driving operational excellence.

Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

A team player with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
