You will be based on reception, and will be taking inbound calls, transferring calls, speaking to customers, and supporting the store with any administration duties as required. Who you are

• You will have previous customer service experience, ideally within a professional, customer facing environment although this is not essential
You will be confident talking to customers in a professional manner both on the telephone and face to face, ensuring they have a great experience in our store You will have good IT skills and be happy to support with administration duties You will be a self-starter, organised and someone who takes pride in what they do What you'll do
• Greet all store visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member
• Take phone calls and respond to queries as appropriate, transferring to the correct individual or team
• Provide refreshments for store visitors and ensure the seating and refreshment area is tidy and fully stocked
• Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks as required
