Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and coordinate work for our field-based colleagues while maintaining excellent communications with our customers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy problem-solving, this role may be perfect for you! Your Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently schedule and book work for clients, managing field staff diaries
• Ensure all necessary information is provided for each job
• Coordinate the use of subcontractors as needed and raise purchase orders
• Monitor planning KPIs and the revenue tracker
• Maintain accurate records of all information related to jobs
• Order parts required for each assignment
  
  Experience in a similar planning or logistics role
• Knowledge of water treatment processes is an advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
• A commercially driven mindset for effective decision-making
