If so, our Scheme Manager at Copsey Croft Court in Long Eaton could be the perfect job for you…, As a Scheme Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our Copsey Croft Court scheme which contains 29 bungalows, supporting our customers to live the life they choose to live, whilst providing a localised and dedicated service with an added personal touch. Further key responsibilities are listed below:

1) Manage the scheme in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that a safe, secure, well-kept and pleasant environment is maintained.
2) Oversee the welfare of our residents that will enable them to live independently, whilst also providing a calm and attentive response in the event of an emergency.
3) Take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
4) Engaging residents and developing a tight knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.
5) Promote good communication between residents and their families, Longhurst Group and our approved service providers.

Our Scheme Manager position is based on-site at Copsey Croft Court, contracted to 28 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 9.00am-3.30pm & Friday 9.00am-1.00pm. Our Copsey Croft Court scheme is attractively landscaped and is conveniently situated for travel to Long Eaton and easy access into Nottingham City centre. Close to various local amenities, the scheme is also well served by local public transport, with the nearest bus-stop around 1 mile away.

To be successful in application for our Scheme Manager position, you'll have a customer focused background with the ability to engage residents whilst holding basic digital skills (Microsoft Office, etc). You will need to have a full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle.
