To plan, organize and evaluate an innovative School Nursing services, and where appropriate, delegate to othermembersoftheSchoolHealthteamtoensuredeliveryofaqualityserviceto acluster ofhighcomplexityschools Toworkincollaborationwithotherhealthcareandserviceproviders, includinghead teachers,toensure seamless delivery of services for school age children and young people. To collaboratewithteamcolleaguesinordertodelivertheQuality Strategyobjectivestobevisibleinschoolsonaregularbasis,asagreedwithinthepartnershipagreement. ProvidingacomprehensiveSchoolNursingservicetoadefinedpopulationthatmeetsthepublichealthneeds of local state schools and communitiesin line with the Healthy Child Programme and local servicespecifications. ContributingtothedeliveryofWorkingTogethertoSafeguardChildren(2018),includingimprovinghealth and life chances for children, young people and families and safeguarding those at risk.
