Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator [Ref: CC1308]

Chichester College is thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator to join our fantastic team! If you're passionate about making a difference in education, this role is perfect for you. What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and support a variety of learners across the College, facilitating infill/taster opportunities and ensuring their success.
• Work closely with the 14-16 team and Gateway, building relationships with external stakeholders and our delivery team.
Key Focus Areas: 1. Gateway (Foundation Programmes): Support learners in identifying areas/courses they wish to pursue. 2. Bespoke Programmes: Assist learners with individualised timetables, guiding them towards a full study programme. 3. 14-16 Provision: Support full-time and part-time alternative provision, technical skills days, and Elective Home Educated (EHE) provision.


• A highly motivated individual dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for our 14-16 and SEND learners.
• Proven organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, experience, and passion for working with young people.
• The ability to engage and encourage students to participate and prepare for future courses or employment.
