Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons for students with special educational needs.
• Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and therapists.
• Use differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual learning goals.
• Support students with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans).
• Foster a safe, engaging, and positive classroom environment.
  
  A qualified SEN Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
• Experience teaching students with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs.
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach.
• Strong knowledge of individualised learning strategies.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
