Senior Accountant

We are a rapidly growing accountancy practice based on the Wirral/St Helens and are seeking a full time Senior Accountant who can hit the ground running.

You will be given a portfolio of clients to manage ensuring that all HMRC and Companies House filing deadlines are met

We are looking for someone who has had experience in practice in a similar role, ideally more than three years experience and should be qualified in ACCA or ACA. Part Qualified will be considered dependent upon experience.

The successful candidate will need to have the following attributes:

· Highly self-motivated and reliable

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Team player

· Be able to manage, organize and prioritize their own workload

· Good decision maker

· Competent with modern day technology, · Knowledge of Xero, Quickfile and Tax Calc desirable

· Use of Microsoft 365 is essential,

• Certificate of Higher Education (preferred), accounting: 3 years (preferred)
