Full Job Description

To provide day to day effective and efficient administration support of a branch of the Care Group: Support administration teams be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload, ensuring effective support for the achievement of contracted targets Maintain a high level of confidentiality Deal with administrative tasks to deliver a positive outcome Supervise and line management administrative staff on a day to day basis

  • Ensure necessary cover at all times
  • Main duties of the job Provide a senior confidential, quality administrative service to an identified branch of services within the Care Group To communicate effectively, accurately and professionally, applying discretion and empathy where necessary, with written, telephone and face to face contact, with patients, service users, visitors, other Trust staff and external agencies Have an understanding/knowledge and be able to work towards the KPI's and targets set by the commissioner Provide and receive routine information to work colleagues and clients. Exchange information with clients requiring tact and diplomacy Maintain quality in own work and encourage others to do so whilst working as an effective and responsible senior team member Update annual leave rota and daily cover rota to ensure there is adequate cover at all times Ensure the smooth running of the administration staff ensuring all areas/clinics are covered on a day to day basis; including liaising with clinical staff when required
