Full Job Description

Sodexo has over 40 years of experience supporting the defence forces of the UK, the US and France. We support individuals, the community and the environment on base, working with military leaders to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of personnel across all military services. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of our operation we are now seeking an experienced Senior Administrator who is proficient in the use of Office 365 to an advanced level. This will be a regional role supporting the regional support manager across eight Defence sites within the south of England - Portsmouth, Andover, Winchester, Abingdon, Oxford, Aylesbury and High Wycombe. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, able to closely follow process and procedure and able to manage their own workload and diary with minimal support. Though largely homebased there will be some travel to sites to conduct assurance checks, training and meetings, so a full UK driving license is essential for this role (travel to sites and if necessary overnight accommodation will be covered by Sodexo) Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner are a must as the successful candidate will be operating the Helpdesk. This is a great opportunity to support our Armed Forces and improve the quality of their daily life, as the site is not only their workplace but also a home to many of them.

Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater. You'll belong in a company and team that values you for you; you'll act with purpose and have an impact through your everyday actions; and you'll be able to thrive in your own way. In addition, we offer:

  • Flexible and dynamic work environment
  • Access to ongoing training and development programs
  • Countless opportunities to grow within the company
  • Full training provided
  • Health and wellbeing incentives
  • Reward and Recognition schemes
  • Flexible working considered
  • Volunteering days
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Life Assurance
  • Free meals and parking on site
  • We're all about building a workplace for the future, we believe in equal opportunities, and we celebrate diversity. We're an inclusive workplace, where everyone is welcome, everyone can be natural, and be the best versions of themselves. We recognise that we're on a journey with regards to diversity and inclusion and would therefore welcome applications for candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
