Full Job Description
As a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager you will be responsible for
- Planning and implementing integrated campaign strategies, including working with colleagues to develop an integrated media presence through the line
- Planning and delivering of compelling, consumer focused, above the line campaigns on time and to budget. Our channels include, but aren't limited to broadcast (e.g. radio, video on demand), digital and social media platforms and media partnerships.
- Reviewing and analysing research and metrics to extract and identify relevant consumer and channel insights to shape campaign activity.
- Working with our external creative and media planning and buying agencies to brief and create effective annual and multi-channel campaign plans.
- Collaborating with our colleagues and agencies to evaluate and report upon the impact and effectiveness of campaign activity, optimising in-flight where possible, and applying learnings to future activity and strategies.
- Developing and leading our Advertising team
- Making sure our activities remain in line with our regulatory responsibilities including advertising standards and Financial Promotions regulations. Working to plan for and manage risks effectively
- Managing large marketing budgets and driving ROI and value for money
- Working collaboratively across all aspects of Marketing campaigns to maximise marketing outcomes
We're looking for a highly experienced senior campaign manager to hit the ground running, leading our Above the line campaigns within our fast-paced Marketing department., A degree level education and/ or marketing professional qualifications - Track record of having successfully delivered brand, ATL and performance campaigns to agreed KPIs for a recognised brand
- Good understanding and experience of measuring campaign effectiveness and impact
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Managing effective agency relationships
- Managing and reporting against large budgets
- Strong project management and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to prioritise and multitask
- A creative thinker, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Someone who can motivate and develop teams
