The Senior Analyst, Global Manufacturing Excellence Standards will establish and enforce manufacturing excellence standards to optimize operations, enhance product quality, and drive continuous improvement, ensuring organizational competitiveness and sustained success.,
- Spearheads Lean thinking adoption and standard Lean-Based Management System deployment
- Developing and implementing comprehensive manufacturing excellence standards aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Analyzing and monitoring Global progress on Ball Manufacturing Excellence Program Globally in Manufacturing and Supply Chain (across all divisions Aerosol, Cans and Ends)
- Driving successful evolution of and execution on Manufacturing Excellence Model to be the most competitive in cost, quality and service by continually driving for efficiencies in our processes
- Leading cross-functional teams to assess current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and define performance metrics
- Establishing protocols and guidelines for quality control, ensuring consistency and reliability in product manufacturing
- Conducting regular audits and assessments to monitor adherence to established standards and identify opportunities for refinement
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies that enhance efficiency and productivity
- Providing training and support to employees at all levels to ensure understanding and compliance with manufacturing excellence standards
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Manufacturing Environment - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline - Preferred
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, driving change management and kean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Ability to facilitate and influence at all levels of the organization
- Financial and analytical
- Fluent English
