Senior Care Assistant - Part Time - Required at Greenwood Court Care and Nursing Home in Chelmsford, CM2 7TL , Part of The Country Court Family, Within your role as a Senior Care Assistant, you can really make a difference to our residents' lives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Aiding residents emotional well-being and social needs
• Administration and monitoring of medications to residents.
• Supporting residents at meals time
• Mentor & assist new employees.
• Implement, monitor and review care plans to meet residents specific needs.
• Plan, allocate & supervise the work of the team of care assistants
