Senior Care Assistant - Nights

As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes, ensuring new needs are met, and updating records accordingly. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implement and monitor care plans, and undertake monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and health/social care professionals.
