Senior Care Support Worker - Outreach Outpatients

We are a small but friendly team of Registered Nurses and Care Support Workers who are adaptable and respond to changing circumstances. We are reliable and committed to maintaining the trust values.,

• Run and manage clinics independently.
• Provide a high standard of care and support to the patient and clinician.
• Phlebotomy skills an advantage.
• Able to assist with all procedures in Outreach in particular Cystoscopies.
• Assist with training and supervision of band 2.
• Assist in ordering and stock control.
• Audits.
  
  The role includes running and managing clinics independently in a safe, patient centred environment. We require someone with Outpatients experience, preferably with Outreach experience/knowledge who would like to develop their skills in a band 3 position.
