As a Senior Care Worker with us, you won't just be providing care; you'll be a beacon of support and guidance, helping our care staff shine their brightest. This rewarding role includes working on our rehabilitation unit and also on our dementia specialist unit in our beautiful building that has won awards for its outstanding design.
Your role will involve:
Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff.
Allocating daily tasks within the care team.
Administering medication with precision.
Creating personalised service plans with a focus on person-centred care.
Promoting best practices.

Provisional Interview Date: To be confirmed, The job may require unsocial hours working including weekends and Bank Holidays. Payment arrangements will be detailed in any contract offer made.
Saturday and Sunday hours will be paid at plain time where it is part of your normal working pattern unless it is between 7pm and 7am, where enhanced rates of pay apply. Enhanced pay rates are paid for Bank Holiday working.
