Atlas is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daytime cleaning operations at a prestigious client site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining the highest cleaning standards, and fostering a strong culture of compliance and customer satisfaction.
As the second-in-command for daytime operations, the role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive exceptional service delivery., Oversee all cleaning operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
Lead and manage a team of supervisors and managers, providing direction, training, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks, addressing any service gaps.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, working with senior leadership to implement best practices.
Foster strong customer relationships, responding promptly to requests and concerns.
Maintain clear and effective communication with the Account Director and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, minimising service disruptions.
Provide regular performance reports, offering insights on staffing, quality control, and customer feedback.
