Senior Co Pack Account Manager

Pay Rate: £45,000 - £55,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday - Friday Location: Lindt - Coventry (CV6 4BX) Join our dynamic team at DHL's Lindt Coventry site as a Senior Co Pack Account Manager, where your production expertise will drive excellence in delivering premium chocolate experiences! WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Oversee 4 production lines dedicated to the co-pack operation for Easter egg and advent calendar production. 2 of which are automated.
• Manage and optimize the production and build processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
