Senior Consultant - Oracle / Exadata - London, UK

As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Good experience in System, System Integration, UAT and BETA of EPOS technologies.
• Good experience in preparing Test strategy, Test plan and Test closure reports.
• Good experience in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Preparation, Test Execution
• Experience in SDLC models like Waterfall, V-model, Agile Scrum testing methodologies.
• Experience in training and mentoring team members (Onshore/Offshore) and Business users
• Experience in working on the Retail Payment Systems, Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
• Experience at Defect Management
• Experience in writing SQL queries for backend testing.
• Experience in Database testing - Writing complex PL/SQL queries.
• Good experience in Mainframe testing and knowledge on POEM and SCAN systems.
Preferred
• Expertise in testing Mainframe and Oracle systems in the Retail sector including Web based, Desktop,
E- commerce and POS systems
• Expertise in test management tools like - HP ALM (QC), Jira, Confluence
• Expertise in Automation tools - UFT (QTP), Selenium
• Expertise in Database tools - MS Management studio
• Good experience in PUTTY, WinSCP tools.
