- You will be a key member of the Digital and Strategic Change team, reporting to the Head of Data. You will work across the business, developing dashboards, reports, and insights that support decision-making. You will also play a vital role in data governance and ensuring high-quality data across the organisation.
- As a line manager to Data Analysts, you'll provide guidance, coaching, and support to help them succeed.
Senior Data Analyst - Help Shape the Future with Data. Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights? Do you want to work in a supportive, flexible, and inclusive environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!, Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics. - Hands-on expertise with Power BI and SQL.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills - making data accessible to all.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting junior data professionals, helping them develop their skills and confidence. Nice to have skills (but not essential!):
- Familiarity with Python or R.
- Knowledge of predictive modelling or machine learning.
- Experience in the housing or social enterprise sector.
