Full Job Description

  • Be responsible for supervising the technical support team to assist staff and students in the preparation, management, and maintenance of D&T Department resources and equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate technicians' roles to support staff and students in practical lessons.
  • Supervise and motivate the Design and Technology Technicians Team (DTTT).
  • Maintain and order necessary materials, tools, equipment, machinery
  • Maintain an orderly, catalogued storage system
  • Keep a stock of tools, spare items, and components to enable rapid repair and replacement of apparatus.
