As a Senior EUC Engineer in the NCA, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing end-user computing environments essential for delivering healthcare services. Your responsibilities will revolve around providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the functionality and security of EUC systems across NCA facilities.

Your primary duty will be to assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including desktops, VDI, laptops, mobile devices, and associated software applications. Working closely with senior engineers and digital teams, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of EUC systems, aligning with NHS standards and policies.

In addition to day-to-day support, you will assist in implementing security measures to protect sensitive data and mitigate cybersecurity risks within EUC environments. This includes enforcing access controls, managing antivirus solutions, and ensuring compliance with NHS security policies and regulations.
