Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Ideagen Commercial FP&A team, reporting into the VP of Commercial Partnering. As a Commercial FP&A Analyst, you'll play a core role in several projects at any one time. By tracking performance metrics, analysing data and building financial models, you'll identify where we can drive better revenue performance and cost efficiency. You will demonstrate how different scenarios impact performance, providing vital insight for stakeholder decision making. As a core contributor to Ideagen's commercial strategy, you will build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders enabling data-based decision making. This role gives you the opportunity to significantly impact and shape the commercial direction of the organisation.

Hybrid Working model: TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY in our Ruddington office

- Collaborating with business stakeholders to provide financial insights that support the development and execution of commercial strategies and initiatives. Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough financial analysis of business performance at a total region, product and customer level, identifying and communicating key drivers of both current and future business performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage detailed budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and analysing trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
-Performance Reporting:Compile and deliver monthly and quarterly regional performance reports accurately and within set deadlines, addressing any queries efficiently.
- Risk Management:Identify and analyse business risks, offering strategies for mitigation and corrective action.
-Relationships Develop strong relationships across finance and regional teams, earning the trust and confidence of a diverse group of stakeholders.
-Process Improvement:Enhance FP&A processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of outputs, instilling confidence in stakeholders.
-Projects: Conduct ad hoc analysis to support interpretation and decision-making, contributing to various projects as needed.

Proven experience in a finance role within an FP&A environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for streamlining complex challenges.
- Ability to distil key issues from large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive and organised, with the flexibility to meet deadlines and a strong drive to achieve results.
