Full Job Description
As Senior Global Product Marketing Manager , your accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform sales and operation planning each month to align customer demand to factory production plans.
- Lead our product strategy and drive new product development to satisfy global customer needs.
- Deployment of product training with our global dealer network.
- Ownership of our social media content and marketing calendar.
- Manage the day-to-day work of a global team along with their career development and performance. NB. - Leadership: Establishes global goals and projects for the team and perform career development and conduct regular connection points. Establishes a network of peers to support work across a matrix environment and be able to influence upward to drive change.
- Customer Focus: Facilitates creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues. Understands customer applications where backhoe loaders are used to create strong market and training messages. Anticipates customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Global Perspective: Conducts business with multiple countries and understands and governs policies and procedures related to doing business with another country. Obtains information regarding operational issues of other countries when making business decisions. Assesses key legal, regulatory, and financial issues specific to a particular country.
- Effective Communications: Reviews others' content and provides feedback and coaching. Understands and adapts documents and presentations for the intended audience. Demonstrates both empathy and assertiveness when communicating a need or defending a position. Considers and communicates to all levels (downward, upward, and outward)
S&OP and forecasting (preferred) - New product introduction/development (preferred)
- Industry and/or dealer direct working (preferred)
- Construction equipment sales or operation (preferred)

Salary: £80,300 - £90,000 depending on experience, Becoming a member of a skilled, diverse and inclusive team that will provide a good foundation for future career development within Caterpillar.
