- Experience of working in Gym environment
- Experience of delivering Group Workout classes
- Level 2 Fitness - Required
- Level 3 Fitness - desirable
- Healthy Communities specific, Exercise to Music, Group Cycling or Les Mills
- Management experience within gym environment

More about your role As a support to the department lead, you will help to shape, plan, implement and review the healthy communities and fitness offer within your facility, as well as an exciting opportunity to assist with the launch of the New Epping Leisure Centre. Assist the department lead to support, mentor and manage the team to achieve all health communities and fitness related KPI's. Your key focuses will align to the healthy communities and fitness strategy on a page seven aspirations - customers, colleagues, retention, technology, commercial, group workout and environment In addition, develop a range impactful health and wellbeing initiatives, targeted at communities who experience the greatest health inequalities - We align with the Real Living Wage foundation
