Full Job Description

We are seeking a Dynamic Senior International Recruitment Officer to join our Global Student Recruitment and Admissions team. The role holder is expected to lead on our recruitment from East & Southeast Asia and to support in other regions. The Senior International Recruitment Officer will play a key role in devising and implementing a recruitment plan that drives up quality applicant volumes in their allocated region/s, to increase student enrolment numbers across the Falmouth University product portfolio. You will get the opportunity to represent Falmouth in-market in a professional capacity and to create openings for us to engage potential students and influencers, being a positive image for Falmouth in the region.

The ideal candidate will possess consistent and high-quality stakeholder management skills and have a track record of success in international student recruitment or a similar role. Good knowledge of the Higher Education International Recruitment landscape and an interest in supporting and recruiting international students is essential. We are looking for candidates who have the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence.
  • Proven ability to drive the International recruitment process from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Track record of managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong planning and organising skills which demonstrate the ability to manage multiple or competing objectives at the same time.

This is a remote role which does not require relocation; however, the successful candidate should be based in the UK and be willing to undertake frequent international travel, and occasional travel to Falmouth, Cornwall.
